Request for Applications or Forms.

The Norwood Police Records Division has placed several applications and forms in our Documents and Forms section. For your convienence these forms can be downloaded.

Fingerprinting.

Fingerprinting is available by appointment only. Those requesting this service must provide your own fingerprint card(s) and a checkor money order for $10.00 is required at time of appointment. Checks must be written to the Town of Norwoood. No cash will be accepted.

Incident Reports or Motor Vehicle Crash Reports.

Requests for Incident reports or Motor Vehicle Crash reports can be made in person or by making arrangements with a Records Clerk. Contact the Records Office at 781-440-5130. Arrangements made for reports to be picked-up after Office hours will be located at the Dispatch Center and proper photo ID is required.
